We contact you in advance to clearly understand your requirements and budget and then provide an itinerary of suitable property to inspect. The inspections can be accompanied by our consultant (the more popular option) or the consultant can shortlist properties for you to inspect on your own, if preferred. Once a property is chosen we then assist with lease applications, agreement negotiations and provide advice on Queensland residential tenancy rules.
