Once you have secured a lease, we are then able to facilitate utility connections (gas, electricity, phone, internet, cable TV).

We can also provide you with an accompanied Local Area Orientation visiting nearby shopping areas, health, medical, dining, leisure and sporting facilities.  We can highlight local day care options and schools and answer any other local area questions you  may have. Alternatively, or in addition, we can provide a Local Area Guide document containing this information and constituting a helpful ongoing reference to your immediate locality.

 

A critical component of any residential tenancy is completion of the Entry Condition Report immediately upon moving in. Our consultant will complete this vital document with you to ensure it is done accurately and comprehensively. They will highlight your tenancy obligations and common risk areas in order to protect your rental bond.
